Terms of Service

1. Service

Consenders is a sub-module of ABS Platform that provides consignment recording, agent commissions, and deposits for SMEs. The service is available in two fee schemes: monthly subscription and per-transaction fee.

2. Registration & Account

Users must register with accurate data. One account represents one company/business entity. Users are fully responsible for the security of their account credentials and all activities under that account.

3. Fair Use

Pengguna dilarang:

• Misuse of the service for illegal activities;
• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools outside the official API;
• Redistributing or reselling service access without written permission.

4. Fees & Payment

The applicable fee scheme is the one selected by the user during registration. Scheme changes can be made each period. Payment is made in advance for monthly subscriptions. For the per-transaction scheme, users top up balance first, then balance is automatically deducted for each sold consignment transaction.

5. Data Ownership

All business data entered by users (products, customers, transactions, reports) belongs entirely to the user. ABS Platform will not use this data for purposes outside of providing the service without the user's written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

ABS Platform is not liable for losses arising from use of the service outside official documentation, third-party disruptions beyond our control, or business decisions made based on system data. The service is provided "as is" without implied warranties.

7. Service Termination

Users may cancel their subscription at any time. ABS Platform may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated. Upon termination, user data will be available for download for 30 days after account closure.

8. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Users will be notified via email of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
